- We do not ship door-to-door services
- We cannot be responsible for misinterpretation of own country’s legislation on wildlife imports and health certificate requirements
- DOAS must be reported within 48 hours of shipment Arrival
- Minimum shipment must value over 1500 dollars excluding freight
- All freight cost should be sent ahead of shipment unless the airline to those destinations accept collection charges
- We require a 50 to 70 percent deposit before shipment is made. The remaining Balance should be paid within 5 days of receiving the shipment
- Prices for reptiles are seasonal
- All Prices are F.O.B Ghana
- All export boxes are made according to IATA standards
- DOAs caused by mishandling by Airlines due to overheating or freezing should be surcharged to the Airline involved
